Bank11 für Privatkunden und Handel GmbH
As a legally independent entity and integral part of the Werhahn KG Group within the financial services business segment, Bank11 offers various banking services such as mobility services, which include installment loans, dealer financing, subscriptions, and insurance products through an external service provider.
The shares in the capital of Bank11 für Privatkunden und Handel GmbH are held by Bank11 Holding GmbH, whose parent is Wilhelm Werhahn KG with a registered office in Neuss. Bank11 Holding GmbH and Wilh. Werhahn KG entered into a Profit and Loss Transfer Agreement on March 30, 2015.
Management Board
JÖRN EVERHARD
Jörn Everhard has held the position of Management Board member at Bank11 GmbH since January 1, 2016. He is responsible for Sales, Cooperations, Business Development, and Dealer Financing. As of October 1, 2021, Mr. Everhard has been the Spokesman for the Management Board, with additional responsibilities for Data Management and Human Resources.
With a background in business administration, Mr. Everhard embarked on his career in 2000 at a prominent Spanish major bank, where he contributed to various projects. Following a tenure in the staff department, he moved into the automotive sales division and took on various leading roles at Santander Consumer Bank AG (formerly CC-Bank). Since 2014, he has demonstrated his expertise by effectively leading Bank11’s sales operations, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge. Mr. Everhard is particularly committed to streamlining processes and encouraging innovations in mobility financing.
NINA-STEPHANIE BARTHA
Since March 1, 2017, Nina-Stephanie Bartha has been responsible for the departments of Treasury & Funding, Collection Management, and Legal & Compliance departments as a member of the Management Board. Additionally, as of October 1, 2021, Ms. Bartha is in charge of the Internal Audit department. Furthermore, she manages the Bank Organization and a newly established unit dedicated to sustainability, effective April 1, 2023.
SANDRA EBERT
Sandra Ebert has been a general representive at Bank11 since April 1, 2023. She is responsible for the department of finance, overall bank controlling and bank organisation. Sandra Ebert was appointed as the third Member of the Management Board on October 1, 2024.
After studying business administration in Cologne, Mrs. Ebert began her career at one of the „Big Four“ auditing firms. There she worked as both a tax consultant and a certified public accountant. In 2016, Mrs. Ebert moved to Bank11 an took over the management of the department of finance as the Head of Finance.
